Regulated Design
Design and Building Practitioners Act regulated design and DCD paperwork for builder to submit to NSW Planning Portal.
Superintendency during Construction
One Engineering site inspection is included in the package to be undertaken during installation of new steel beam.
Certification
Certification and Design Practitioner sign off upon completion in accordance with design and building practitioners act 2020.
